1.5.4 - Hot fixes, grab 'em while they're hot!

Unfortunately 1.5.4 was born with a number of problems which are fixed in the following version.
- All systems: About Land dialog causes partial viewer lock up
- OS X: compile flag and packaging bugs
- Windows: apparently the optimizer was smarter than me and removed tcmalloc memory manager from all prior release builds. Improvements were exclusively visible on my private builds -.- sorry! Forced it into place
What you have to do is:
- OS X version: at the lower right corner of login screen, check that version reads: 1.5.4(1). If it doesn't, re-download and re-install
- Windows version: at the lower right corner of login screen, check that version reads: 1.5.4(2). If it doesn't, re-download and re-install
In either case, if your version is 1.5.4(0), please upgrade immediately!
